Not a good shop. All the owners care about is money.
Maybe they do good work, but I haven't seen it. They also didn't seem to know much about cars. Maybe they're is in the wrong business.
They lied, damaged the parts I supplied, and refused to fix their mistake. My car was off the road for weeks due to their incompetence. This should have been made right by the shop.
The part they damaged is not sold after-market. I had someone from a completely different state, with a parts car, who I have never met before, do work that was a thousand times better. Someone who actually cared about the quality of their work.
The owner here fits the Staten Island stereotype 100%. And this is coming from an italian myself. He thinks there's nothing better than being Italian. I think he wears his wife-beaters 2 sizes too small and cuts off the blood flow to his brain, if he even has one. His head may very likely be filled with nothing but cannoli cream and anabolic steroids.
Best take your business and hard-earned money elsewhere, where you'll be treated right.
