My best friend told us about Premium Mattress Outlet so we went there last weekend just to look around. We found a store that was really clean - no discusting dirty mattresses that you would not want to try. The sets all looked new - though Rick (one of the owners) said some were two years old!

Rick showed us around the store and asked a few questions about our needs for a new mattress - we asked if we could just look around and he said yes ofcourse and to just call him over if we had any questions. After about two minutes we had a few questions and Rick was very good at answering our questions in a way that made sure we understood. He explained that springs support and the comfort comes from the upholstery. He told us that comfort was as important as support. Rick showed us four mattresses he though we might like and he was right on the mark we liked all four of them. However two were out of our price range. Rick said he wanted show us we could get the support and the comfort we wanted at several price points as long as we understood what we were or were not getting at each price! Wow - an honest salesman!!

We had not planed to buy that day but we found just what we wanted, and Rick set up a two hour delivery window on a day that worked for us - about ten days later. It could not have been any eaiser or any more comfortable - no pushing, no arm twisting, just what we wanted!!!
