I took my crate amp in for a simple repair of the distortion switch it also had a reverb problem. They don't answer their phone 4 out of 5 tries. They have had my amp now for 6 weeks and I still can't get a straight answer about when it will be finished. Tons of attitude very unfriendly and not helpful. They do manufacturers warranty and get paid to treat customers rudely. Once I get my amp back I will never go there again.
