Well I busted the upper shock mounts in my jeep, so I was in a bit of a tough spot, not really wanting to drive it home from work. Heard good things about production so they worked with me and I had Geico tow it over there. Nice guys, even nicer prices. Parts were ~200 and installation was less than 100...not many shops will replace 4 shocks (2 with broken mounts) for that much. They made a loyal customer of me.
