They are only great when they want your money or to sign up for their credit card!
First- I want to clarify that I'm not a disgruntled customer. Actually, I've shopped at Raymour for all my furniture needs. We bought the Colebrook dinning room table. When we got it came damaged from the factory, then we got another that was damaged in a few days (wood bubbled because the grooves in the table are not coated or protected). We had the Platinum Protection Plan, they couldn't fix it so they gave us a credit for the table only. Covid hit, credit expired (never knew credits expire! a credit is a credit!). Now that restrictions were lifted we went to the store. They couldn't help us and sent us on our way. The next day we called and just asked for a replacement- yes I know of the same c@!%!y table. My husband and I decided to buy the almost $300 protective cover, so that we wouldn't have a repeat. We got an email and call that it would be delivered between 11am-1:45pm. No delivery yet, we called and the gentleman said the have a mattress delivery guarantee so that take precedence! Clearly we don't matter because like I said they only treat you well when they are getting your money. I will never shop here again and you shouldn't either!

None responsive customer service:
I purchased a dining room set in nov took to delivery in Dec. There was an issue with the top of the table. It was fixed. There was still something wrong with the table. I complained and asked for an exchange. I have sent emails to 2 different addresses with pictures requested by your C.S and I still have not been contacted its been weeks. Please do not wonder why people go to the extreme. It's companies like you that drive the consumer to take drastic measures in order to get you to listen and respond.

YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE NEEDS HELP! I DO NOT RECOMMEND EVER PURCHASING FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!

Worst tha Bobs Furniture, worst experience ever !!!:
Garbage furniture, sales lied to customer and when you complain there are no manager, don't answer email, don't return phone calls, at the store they walk away from you. People DO NOT BUY FROM RAYMOUR AND FLANIGAN, can't believe how stupid I was buying from this people. Bridgewater NJ store, what a nightmare.
