False pricing up front:
We called and gave all details about our dogs. We were quoted the price of 140 per dog for treatment. We traveled over in the rain, only to get there, they took the dogs back and told us that the price could be up to 500 per dog ... when I asked why I wasn't told over the phone, I was told, we can't estimate over the phone. But there was no difference between the lobby estimate vs.phone estimate. And it took them 5 minutes to give me my dogs back - like they were stalling until I would break down to pay. Luckily it wasn't too late to take my dogs to another vet. Each dog was only 130 ... and that's the entire price. Really rude and not ethical.
