Although I had a recent issue with Richardson Business Solutions, I was contacted by the owner and he went out of his way to make things right. Mlive doesn't allow you to completely delete a review, so I wanted to change my previous negative review to reflect the great customer service that I received from Richardson Business Solutions. While I can't give them 5-stars, due to the lengthy time our postage machine was down, I believe they are worthy of 4-stars for stepping up and doing the right thing. I will definitely consider doing business with them again in the future.
