A horrible job by Richter Construction Consulting, LLC:
Mr. Richter was supposed to contact our insurance company to get additional items repaired after the roof was replaced. But he failed to keep his promise to proceed and finish the project. For five months, he has ignored our phone calls and emails, and refused to contact us directly.
We did get our roof replaced by him but we did not get the leak in the living room fixed and seems to have developed a second leak after the new roof was put on. Our garage ceiling was soaked wet during a big storm. We have to hire another roofer to redo the work and replace the plywood under the roof.
Mr. Richter’s crew did a horrible job in other details. We have to hire another roofer to repair all ridge caps that were improperly installed, replace all the pipe flashings and install gutter apron along front slope of home.
Mr. Richter’s crew also removed all of our gutter guards and scattered them everywhere around the house. The crew did a poor job of cleaning up the site and left a moderate amount of trash.
