Congrats! Worst Pharmacy in CNY:
This pharmacy is in a terrible location and the main pharmastist is inconsiderate and unprofessional.
The bus stop hub is right out front but I've gone to this pharmacy for the past 4 years because I work across the street and it was convenient.
Almost every time I go to pick up or drop off a prescription I have had some kind of problem. Whether I'm waiting in line for an excessive amount of time or my script isn't filled, etc. The last 4 months have been awful. As we all know, oral birth control must be taken every day. For the last 4 months this pharmacy has completely thrown off my hormone cycle and has made me very ill. Every time I would call my script in, I would be told they would have it ready for pick up but I would go to the store and it would not be there. I would have to wait for the script to be filled again, sometimes making 3 requests to have my script filled. I never raised my voice and was never rude to anyone who worked there. Perhaps I should have been?
This last month I asked that the pharmastist return a call to me to let me know what the problem was, so that we could avoid the same problem the following month. I did not receive a call back. 2 weeks later I stopped into the store, was told that the pharmasist wasnt there but again that he would call me back. 2 and 1/2 weeks after I left my first message I received a call back. I got no apology from Luke, the pharmasist, whatsoever. In fact, Luke told me that he doubted that I left a message and never received a call back. After he told me this I advised him that I would no longer be filling my prescriptions there. He simply said, "okay." He didn't care at all that they were

He didn't care that their errors had a large negative impact on my health for the past 4 months or that at all that they were losing a good customer, someone who filled 2 prescriptions a month there for the last 4 years.
I'm not going to continue to give my business to a pharmacy that doesn't have the courtesy to return phone calls, where the pharmacist insinuates that I am somehow lying about not getting a call back and who obviously doesn't value my business or my patience with them!
If I were in charge of people's medication I would take it a little more seriously than Luke, I would certainly be more professional.
