poor customer service:
A month ago I signed my daughter up for Creative Dance through Vancouver Parks and Rec. We purchased all the required dance attire for our 4 year old who was SUPER excited to start her dance class. We show up on the first day to find out the class was cancelled! The Director, Annie, asked if I got the message that class was cancelled, I told no and asked when she left the message. She stated she left the message at 11:00 the morning of my daughter's first day. When asked why she didn't give more notice, she blamed Vancouver Parks and Rec for not contacting me! Not only would I have expected more than a few hours notice that the class was cancelled, my daughter was crushed. I am enrolling her at Naydenov's instead.
