Tom Kline has worked in this business for over twenty (20) years. Tom's father Richard Kline, started the business back in 1964. We have remained on the same corner in Virginia Beach since 1964 and we are proud to have served many customers through out Hampton Roads. The Kline Family has been in the automotive business since the 1920's!

I was driving by and I saw a black truck on your lot, I like black, so I stopped in. It had everything I wanted, so there was no reason not to buy it. Dennis should be singled out to receive special accommodation. He went above and beyond the usual salesman. He was helpful when I bought the Silverado. And, he took time to help me when I moved from Virginia Beach to North Carolina and I had some personal property tax issues. Arsenio did a great job. He explained the importance of gap insurance. He was very clear on what each piece of paper was about. I am an advocate for this dealership, even down in North Carolina. Word of mouth is the only way I heard about you. I do like my Silverado! I told one of my friends to go up there to look for a truck, it's worth it.

I bought a Cruze here for my oldeest daughter a couple years ago. This Cruze is for my other daughter. And, in between I bought an Equinox for myself. Brett was our main salesman. Sam helped out when I came in on a day Brett was off. They are all friendly, knowledgeable men here. Yes, I see
Brett as our personal salesman - 100%. Our experience was so simple because I called Brett to tell him what I wanted and asked if he had it or could get it for me. That way my daughter and I knew that she was going to have the car she wanted. It was very good experienced. My daughter's happy, I'm happy, we're all happy.

My wife and I were out one Sunday looking for cars. It was between the Camry and a Camaro. We stopped at RK on the way home, and met Tracy. Tracy knew everything about the car, he was very professional. So my wife and I went home and talked it over. I came back the next day and asked Tracy James if he could make it possible. He did, and the rest is history. I love it, I like showing it off. My wife is hesitant to drive it. She doesn't want to put the first scratch on it. It was outstanding because of Tracy James. If we are looking for another Chevy, we'll be back to see Tracy James. Everything was done correctly.

I found my salesperson very easy to work with. He was great and had a great attitude. God led me there if you want the real reason. It was a fabulous experience! Financing explained everything I needed to know. That was great. Everybody was very honest there. You don't find that in most car places. Most places everyone is underhanded. But I felt that I had a very special experience. It was great.
