Hi my name is Larry and I live in Denver, CO. This has been the worst ever buying experience of my entire life. For starters, the owner Larry Rushton came out on Aug. 14, 2008 and we agreed to do a full trim on each of the two large trees (over 50 feet tall) WITH A BUCKET TRUCK!! The bucket truck would do the job from the front parking area of this home. Mr. Rushton told me it would be done within one and one-half weeks. I waited for a call from Rushton’s office to let me know the exact date of trimming but it never came. I finally called the office and was told they were running late and she would call me a couple days before scheduled day of trimming. I confirmed with her that a bucket truck would be used. Shortly thereafter, the office called and gave me the trim date and with total surprise, they came out WITHOUT A BUCKET TRUCK!! The two workers tried to call the office but no one was there, so they waited until confirmation via cell phone, that they would return with a bucket truck the next day at 8am. The next day no one showed in the morning or called me as to what was going on, so I called the office around noon. The same lady who confirmed appointments told me that the workers were wrong in scheduling it that morning and then she tried to deny the conversation we had earlier in using a bucket truck. WHAT A RUN AROUND I GOT, DISORGAINZATION, LIE AFTER LIE…SO BUYER BEWARE WITH THIS COMPANY!!
