Sublime Superior An Absolute Must!!!:
Dined February 11th 2014.
Now this is not an inexpensive venue, but please be assured its worth breaking the bank.
The server was just so affable, knowledgable, and possessed an enthusiasm that was real.
The dishes: The signature Ruth's Chris chopped salad, Cowboy ribeye w/ a ginormous baked potato w/ all the fixings on the side, asparagus so fresh like it was picked out of a garden that day.
My co-diner's dish:Vegetarian / Gluten-Free delight: Homespun mashed potatoes, incredible green beans w/ garlic. Dessert...oh yes, there was dessert: Banana cream pie w/ real& fresh vanilla beans & caramelized banana slices on top; Chocolate sin cake, which was so rich, dense & made w/ the finest chocolate .
This was over $200. Not including tip.
As mentioned this is not an inexpensive establishment.
The famous sizzle of the meat arriving to your table...a mere 500 degrees Fahrenheit is the temperature of your plate.. Exquisite meal.
Make your way to this Ruth's Chris..you'll be doing yourself a huge kindness!
