Ryan Construction Systems Inc in Kansas City are fantastic. I could explain the entire long story as to how my roof began to leak, but that is immaterial at this point (and it's not that exciting either). I called Dan Ryan, left him a message, and he returned my call a few hours later. We discussed my issue in detail (it was around 5:30pm on Thursday). I explained that it wasn't a terrible, flooding issue, just a few drops - and that I determined through some deductive reasoning - originated from a skylight. Dan listened to my story and said he would send someone to investigate the situation the next day. On Friday, we talked and he told me that someone was on his way to take a look at my roof. We had a scheduled time and they were there at the exact time. I drove up to my house and the men were already working. They explained to me the issue and told me they could repair it on the spot. Mind you, it was raining steadily, but faze them it did not. In less than an hour and a half they dismantled the skylight, removed shingles, installed new flashing, and replaced the shingles. The leak was repaired and the roof was better than when they arrived. If you need roof repair, Ryan Construction Systems in Kansas City, MO. I should add that they are extremely reasonable in cost. To make the repairs they did would have cost me double the money, and probably an additional day or two. Save yourself the time, money, and headache. hire Ryan Construction Systems inc.

I highly recommend Ryan Construction Systems in KCMO:
My experiences with Kansas City contractors in the past have been what I would call, less than ideal. So when I needed a roofer to fix the leak that had developed over eight year old bedroom, I was dreading the prospect of having to wade through a sea of, what I thought would be, unprofessional roofing contractors. Fortunately for me, I decided to ask a neighbor if they could recommend someone. As it turns out, they recommended Ryan Construction Systems who, incidentally, had done work for two other neighbors on my block. I was a pleasure doing business with this company from start to finish. When I called, they were very friendly. The estimator made sure that he thoroughly explained all aspects of the work that was needed. They made the whole process very easy. I will definitely refer Ryan Construction Systems to anyone who has a roofing problem

Thanks For Caring!!!:
I noticed a small leak in my roof. Dreading the probability of it costing an arm and a leg, and the pursuit of calling roofers, I tried Yelp and found these guys right away.
They were the first and only phone call I made! The woman who answered the phone was really nice and helpful. I left my info and she said someone would be calling back to set up an appointment. About an hour later Dan called and we set an appointment. Definitely 5 star service so far! I was feling pretty good...
Dan was awesome. He could see my roof right from his computer (WHA?!?!) and had an idea of what it might be. Dan was really flexible with my schedule too. He came out right on time. After a little small talk he was up on the roof.
Dan confirmed the leak on the roof after he got down. Now this is typically the time when people can take advantage of someone's lack of expertise on the subject. And here is what made my experience so awesome... It turned out that there was a nail sticking up from my roof that was causing the leak. Dan offered to fix it, but he also told me it was a really easy fix. Dan could have just as easily confirmed that there was a hole up there and it was going to cost $500-$1000 to fix, and I would've paid and not known the difference. But instead he was completely honest, AND he told me exactly how it needed to be fixed. It sounded easy, like maybe I could do it on my own, so I asked him and he said it was definitely something I could fix on my own.
In this poor economic climate its heartwarming to know that some people (even total strangers) still look out for one another. I will surely pay it forward and if I ever have a roof issue I know who to call now. I'm also going to pass them along to my real estate agent who keeps a list of good contractors. If you are looking for a roofer, look no further, you found 'em! Oh, and yes, the estimate was free.
