Worst Experience Ever!:
We made the mistake of hiring Safari to do some landscaping for us after we had a good experience with them 4 years ago. This time, it was just the opposite. Everything went fine until they had an electrictian install an outlet on our BBQ. The drawing they gave us showed that the outlet would be flush with the side of the grill island. The outlet actually sticks out about 5 inches. Dave, the owner, refuses to fix it because it is "to code". We would never have paid to have that done if we were told exactly what it would look like. His employee led us to believe that it would be fixed. Dave still refuses to fix it, and hasn't left us with a repair kit for our acrylic decking (which is also stated on the drawing they gave us). He called me and was so rude. He actually told me that, "The beauty of having my own business for 25 years is that I don't have to take orders from anyone." When I told him that we only hired them because we had a good experience with them before, and that they weren't the cheapest company out there, his response was, "Then maybe you should have hired someone else!" Dealing with Dave is a nightmare. We have spent about $23,000 with this company over the past 4 years, and we will NEVER hire or recommend them again!

Terrible Service!:
Please believe all of the negative post you will find on the internet about Safari Pools. I ignored those negative posts and am sorry that I did. Do a google search and see what you find about Safari, there's a reason that they overwhelmingly recieve poor reviews. They are unconcerned about customer satisfaction and they will argue every point. They are insulting and abrasive and you soon learn it is not worth your effort to get them to address any issues. Your blood pressure will go through the roof as you listen to their excuses, faulty reasonings and insinuated blame on the customer. Thier attitude is that 'it your problem', total abandonment after they get your money. You will be sorry if you ignore this post and others like it. Don't make my mistake.
