Incredible, terrible and rude like the other reviews mention. Amanda is impossible; she said the owner doesn't call people back and she has an awful attitude. Amanda wasted my time and failed at customer service. I've never had such a bad experience with a service provider and the owner should know what's going on with his terrible staff, it's shameful. Maybe with so many negative reviews he knows but he doesn't care. Like other reviewers, I can confirm Amanda literally turns away business. Recommend you follow her advice and stay far away.

The manager at Scotty's should be fired and never allowed to work anywhere. They lost my clothing and never even apologized. When I left a message for the manager about it I never got a call back. When I called him again to follow up he said he does not have time to call people back. Why am I following up on there mistake and they don't even apologize. When they finally found the jacket they still charged me for the dry cleaning. DISGUSTING SERVICE.
