purchased needles a few days ago, only to find I had the wrong size. I intentionally have been going to this store because it is not a chain. Sally informed me that there are signs in the store stating no refunds or exchanges. I said I didn't expect a refund, but would she allow an exchange?I explained that I had been traveling quite a distance to support her small business to which she replied, "I've been in business for 27 years." I said so you don't need my business? She just glared. Unbelievably rude - even if this is her policy, she could have been kind about it. Kindness is definitely not in her vocabulary. I will tell everyone I know just completely rude she is. There are plenty of kinder customer friendly places to buy the same things - time for Sally to shutter her shack.
