We took are car in to get the heater core fixed. he told me the price and said it would be ready the next morning. We left it there and when we picked it after he said it was done. Well come to find out it wasn't fixed the dash trim was all out of wack. I confronted Sam about it and he tried to say that was how we brung it in. Which it wasn't yes the panel around the shifter is broke from pervious owners but not the dash trim.... Anyways we got it back the trim is on but now the radio is sitting weird now. and when I checked the fluid in the radiator it was dirty water. which means he didn't even flush the cooling system out when he replace the heater core and if you know anything about cars you know when you change a heater core you flush out the radiator and over fill box before you put the new heater core in and refill the radiator with anti-freeze. Sam done the work I took to Sam and he ISN"T a good mechanic or business runner... I WOULD NOT GO TO SAM'S AUTO REPAIR.... HE IS HALF THE PRICE FROM OTHER COMPETITORS CAUSE HE HALF-A@!%S HIS WORK AND HAS NO GOOD QUALITY TO HIS JOBS OR DUTIES.... THUMBS DOWN ALL AROUND. HE DOESN'T LISTEN TO PEOPLE AND THEY ARE SPEAKING AND IF HE DOES SUMTHING WRONG HE WILL TRY TO TALK OVER YOU TO TRY AND AVOID IS MISTAKES HE MADE..... 3 VISITS AND $$$ LATER+SAM'SAUTOREPAIR=HEADACHES AND STILL A OVER HEATING WATER LOSING CAR... THANKS SAM
