Since 2006 the company has been providing Party Supplies Rental Services.

Good and Bad:
Good selection. They had everything we needed for our party. Actually they had tables and chairs. Everything else, glassware, flatware, plates, napkins, table cloths, creamers, coffee pots etc... had to be brought in.
Bad product knowledge. The salesperson helping us was a little slow on product knowledge. We hand picked the wine glasses. Crystal Pinot/Bordeaux and ended up with a long stemmed glass with a thick candy dish on the end. Clearly not what we ordered and it truly ruined wine service (only 1/2 the glasses ended up being used). Did not find this out until we unpacked on Saturday. Their response, "Oh sorry", no offer to cut the rental cost or anything to make it right. They did charge me for a missing high ball glass and a cracked creamer. Their customer service is lacking. I will likely use someone else next time or just let my caterer handle the rentals.
