Sea Change is modern and cool, and caters to a dressed-up theater-going crowd. But the vibe is also welcoming and laid-back, meaning that even jeans and a T-shirt are acceptable at this hip seafood joint.

It's in the Guthrie, which means there's really no free parking. If you're heading out just for dinner, you can still park in the Guthrie garage, which might cost you about five bucks--and as much as $10 some nights. But bring along some extra quarters, too. There's metered parking on the street, which will only cost you about a buck or two.
