From 1983 to 1986 he served as Assistant Minority Leader of the Minnesota State Senate. He was appointed by the Minnesota Supreme Court to serve on the Client Security Board from 1986 to 1994. He is licensed to practice before the United States District Court, District of Minnesota and the United States Tax Court. Ron authored Child Support Guidelines, Minnesota Family Law Journal, 1984. He has lectured many courses and has received several awards/honors for his work and dedication. He works primarily in the firm's Eagan office.
