Failure to communicate:
Went in on a Saturday the 11th , two salesmen only one knowledgeable. Purchased a bed and was told it was in stock and would be delivered on Saturday 17th because I work weekdays and its a four hour delivery time. I Just happened to call them on the 13th to change the delivery time and was told that by the way it was lucky I called because my bed was on back order due to the inventory not being updated correctly at the time of purchase and that I could have it by the 24th. So I cancelled my out of town plans. I asked if someone had planned to tell me and he didn't know. I am lucky and so are they that I have a current bed to sleep on otherwise I would have cancelled the order and taken my business elsewhere. He did inform me that they could bump it to Friday the 23rd, I explained again I didn't have four hours to sit at home during the week, he then said how about Thursday obviously I had to repeat myself. So I said how can you now bargan delivery dates when you just said it wasn't in stock? He had no answer. So I patiently await another week for my bed that I so hope is worth it.

Not impressed:
Company advertised 1/2 off sale. Went into the store to get a bed. Associate was no where to be found. 10 min later he appeared and greeted me. I inquired on the half off on the bed I like and he said it didn't apply. I asked why and he told me it applied to a "list price" which was completely ridiculous. Salesman was very rude and I ended up leaving. Found great service with another mattress company. Good to know not all companies are dishonest in their advertising.
