Never use South Bay Appliance:
This is the worst repair shop you'll ever find. Their service is beyond being worst. Takes forever to get parts (6 weeks is not too long for them) and they even don't let you know the estimated time frame or updates. You have to make many calls to get an update. They never return your call promptly. Never deal with this guys.‎

My service was fine.:
I have a home warranty with First American Home Buyers, they sent South Bay Appliance out to fix my referigerator. The freezer went out in this heat and the gentleman came out on emergency service and took care of the problem, I was very happy with the service and of course the gentleman did not get it done the first time out being he had to order the part which I understood. I was reading some of these things others have written on this company, which include good and bad, but one thing I must say. I saw one that said this company would bring them a new unit, and then they called and said they were bringing the part to repair, I know for a fact having a few homes myself, that the service company does not make the call if the appliance gets replaced or not, it is the home warranty company that makes this call, it really does amaze me what some people cry about now days, there is allot more problems out there to deal with, then to cry over such small potatos.

A wonderful experience.:
I have had this company out now 2 times to my home to repair a dishwasher and also my oven, both times I have had a very good experience. I must say the technicians are very clean cut, very professional, and have explained to me what they are doing. Thank you South Bay Appliance

Came late, didn't fix it, don't return calls, didn't order part.
