Dorian the service technician has been coming by my home since we hired Spott last year. I don’t know how the others technicians are but this guy always calls first, spends a ton of time on my home brings up the garbage cans and is always really friendly. He always knocks on the door before spraying to ask if there is anything else he can do. Once I didn’t answer because I wanted to see if he would do a sloppy job. I was blown away that he still worked just as h@!%!*n my home even when he believed no one was there. If you hire Spott ask for Dorian!

They got rid of my bugs, I’ll give them that and we did have a severe insect problem, I swear my neighborhood is built on an ant hill, and they did succeed where two other companies failed, but their billing procedure is not to my liking. They are trying to go “paperless” which is great I guess but it is all done through email.

No more spiders:
If there is one thing I hate it is spiders in my home. I and my kids were getting bit at night and I had had enough. I didn’t want to pay a lot for pest control because I didn’t think it was in my budget.
