Dorian the service technician has been coming by my home since we hired Spott last year. I don’t know how the others technicians are but this guy always calls first, spends a ton of time on my home brings up the garbage cans and is always really friendly. They got rid of my bugs, I’ll give them that and we did have a severe insect problem, I swear my neighborhood is built on an ant hill, and they did succeed where two other companies failed, but their billing procedure is not to my liking. They are trying to go “paperless” which is great I guess but it is all done through email.
