Keith Nappi is as crooked and dishonest as they come........................................................... It was a simple website issue where they showed things in stock when they didn't have them. You'd add them to your cart and they would change to a different model. This happened to skis AND bindings from them. Pat Moore contacted me. I told him the problem. He acknowledged the problem. He fixed the problem (unfortunately only the skis, not the bindings). Later, Mr Dishonesty himself Keith Nappi gets involved and denies any of this ever existed and refuses to make the issue right. Bottom line, avoid this place at least online as they will hide behind the computers. Luckily I have screen shots and emails for when I dispute the charge.
