All of the staff members I dealt directly with at Sun Chevy Auto Warehouse were very kind and down-to-Earth. And this was especially true of my saleswoman, Candis Lee Kordek.

Despite some hiccups along the way to getting my car, Candis worked hard to keep the process moving ahead, and even stayed late to ensure that things got done! And, she maintained a warm, friendly and optimistic personality even when it seemed for a moment that a sale might not be made. She made it happen.

What could have been a truly frustrating car-buying experience was made into a laid-back and accomplished one, thanks to her remarkable perseverance and fantastic customer service.

I am happy with my car, and would go to this dealership again in the future. I would also highly recommend asking for Candis if you want excellent customer service, and someone who will fight to help get you the car you want!

personally I did not get a great trade in. I had a 2007 gmc w/94,000 miles and I was sold a 2008 silverado w/84000 miles for the same price I paid for my gmc in 2010..did not get even blue book trade in value, my truck was in good condition not much rust, in the first 2 weeks the newer truck has been in the shop 2 times..

Had a really good time with Josh Palko. I got his name though Bill Delia. Called Josh on the phone and He set everything up. Josh handled the financing and gave me a Great trade in for my truck. This truck will make the 6th vehicle I have purchased though Sun Auto dealerships!!!!

Pat Testa is an awesome salesman! I have had Pat for all my car purchases and he has always given me fair trade prices and good pricing on my new to me cars. I did have trouble 1 time with them fixing a problem on one car, but eventually they did fix it. I highly recommend Pat Testa & Sun Auto of Cicero.
