Since 2001, Caroline Conn Dvm has been providing Veterinarian, Animal Specialties from Santa Clarita.

Poor office manager. I was told they would not allow me to take my small animals in for annual vaccinations without a "well pet" examination and blood tests, all adding over $150.00 per pet to the costs. I have 4 dogs. I had hoped to take my animals to this vet. and make it my new vet, but have since found a wonderful vet at the Palmdale Veterinary Clinic instead.

I felt that the office manager was simply trying to increase their profit by requiring these exams as no vet I have ever seen has "required" same before they would allow me to bring my animals in for vaccinations.

Poor marketing strategy - coercion never works. Suggest you try elsewhere, unless you have money to burn.
