Awful-wish I could rate 0stars:
I went in November for an exam, and after being ignored for twenty minutes, i had a rushed exam done and received a new prescription. Dr. Harrison was completely rude to me, and was rushing every question I had. Went in a week later to pick up my new glasses, and saw that they had ordered the wrong ones (different designer all together) when I brought this to the girls attention she tried to assure me that they were the correct ones, even after I showed her the ones I had originally picked out. She then told me "even if they aren't the right ones they still look ok" I went in today to get a reprint of my newest prescription for contacts (so I can buy them elsewhere) again I was ignored for about 10 minutes, then the girl working there stated the last record she had for me was 2/2012. I told her I was here November for an exam and she had found that, but for some reason printed the one from 2/12, assuming because she was ready to leave for the day she just wasn't paying attention.

NIce People but Expensive and Slow:
Signed up for my company's vision plan this year and only came to Target in Gig Harbor because Costco does not accept my insurance and they are 2-1/2 miles from my home.
The doctor was very nice and the support staff was efficient and friendly, but it's downhill from there. Even with a pretty good insurance plan, my Wife and I didn't get out of there without dropping almost $550.00 for two pairs of glasses-one with tinted lenses, the other just regular. Just run-of-the mill frames-the real cost was in the lenses. We paid just a $10 co-pay seperately for the vision exam. Last time at Costco, with no insurance-I paid less than $150 for my glasses.
The lead time on receiving your high-priced glasses there is unacceptable as well. My Wife's took over 2 weeks to arrive and I am still waiting over 3 weeks later!!1 Costco has your order back in just a few days.
Next year, I'm dropping my vision insurance and going back to Costco.
