Montgomery County District Court 38-1-04 is one of two district courts that covers Abington Township. Magisterial Judge Joseph H. Dougherty presides. His term ends in 2012.

Once again Taylor has served our family in the most professional, courteous and kind way that is possible. The quality of service is uncompromised while understanding the emotional stress of losing a loved one. The staff was not only professional but patient and supportive as we made the final resting plans. We will trust our loved one into their care again when the need should arise.
