Telephone Bar & Grill is the English-style pub with East Village flavor. The food is a step above your average pub food, and the selection of beer is impressive. Just look for the red British call boxes and you'll find it. A nice place to wash down those many pints with decent grub. In 2009, Down The Hatch/Jake's Dilemma/Gin Mill frontman Mitchell Banchik got the OK to take over the space.
