This was the worst experience I have ever had with my car. I am only posting this in hopes of keeping people from this place. It is run by a bunch of children that do not know what they are doing. The boy said his father owns the place but is not in, the father should keep him away. I would give Thunderbird Automotive specialists no stars but will not post this way.
UPDATE :Had a poor service issue with this facility and thought I would give them a second chance. Second visit was worse than the first.
Was confronted by the person in charge John, told him who I was and he asked me to leave and not let the door hit me in the a@s.
As for Debbie asking me to come back and telling me the shop is not run by a bunch of teenagers, NO thank you.

I highly recommend Thunderbird Auto. I brought my vehicle to them with a printed repair estimate from another shop for a second opinion. Mike was thorough in explaining each point of the estimate, showing me the related areas in my engine and underneath the car with a flashlight. He identified and helped me understand which repairs were needed and which were not. I saved literally HUNDREDS of dollars that afternoon and my '84 Volvo runs like a champ. I could not be more pleased with the service.

In a nutshell, my engine light came on and I called. They told me to bring it in and they could diagnose it. They did, ordered the part, made the repair and I was out of there in no time! To be honest, everyone there treated me like I was a well-liked family member! They offered me a ride home (even though I'm well within walking distance) and gave me an incredible value for the services provided. I definitely recommend this establishment and plan on utilizing their services for years to come! They truly live up to their motto: "Integrity is everything!"
