I would just like to take a moment to tell you how I feel about Tildens on Speer. I have been a long time customer of theirs for over 15 years and will continue to be a customer along with my wife, my mother, my daughters my friends and my co-workers. Tildens always treats my people with courtesy and professionalism. I feel comfortable with sending anyone there because I know they will be treated honestly and fairly and they back their work to the fullest. My daughters, ranging from 18-21 years old, take their cars there at the hint of trouble and I know they are taken care of. Not only doing cars but little things like making sure they have rides to and from school and just genuinely caring. I told a friend of mine to take his 64 Mustang to them after it had sat for years and was given to him after death in family and he couldn’t have been happier with the work they did and the costs. Kevin the service mgr has personally given me his car when my car was down so that I could get to a doctors appt! Marc and Kevin run a wonderfully honest and trustworthy repair shop which these days are hard to find. I have and will continue to highly recommend Tildens to my family and anyone who needs any type of car service! I went in to have my brake checked.They were very profesional and told me what I needed for my car.I was told I needed front brakes and the rotors can be turned.I was given a 2year or 24k milage warranty on the work they did.
The customer service was very profesional and they even called three days later to see if I had any problems with the brake job they did.
I felt they were honest with me ,even telling me they were not the cheapest but would use top quality parts on my vehicle.I even received a mail in rebate from Napa auto parts.
