Sometimes an identity crisis can be a good thing. When Kyle and Jill Riggle took over the Sweet ‘n Savory Café, a popular breakfast/lunch fixture on Bardstown Road, they knew they wanted to re-create the eatery with a more ambitious menu, one that fused local ingredients with francophone impulses inspired by both the Old World and the cuisine of New Orleans.

The idea for a modern American, Irish, Scottish, and English sports pub was the brainchild of successful restauranteur Mark DiMartino.
