One of my girlfriends got her hair done here & it looked great so I tried it. The first time Tori was overbooked & she rushed through my haircut & instead of a bob I got some jagged edge mishap. She said I could comeback sometime & she'd fix it. She did apologize a lot, she seemed very frazzled at the time so I thought I would try again. I'd seen & heard such great things. The next appointment I set for a color & haircut, they booked me with the wrong girl and I'm telling you I was definitely specific when I set the appointment. I took off from work for this appointment. I was so disappointed. I expected such great things from this place and ended up with THE WORST SERVICE EVER TWICE! I am now telling all my friends & co-workers & clubs with which I am affiliated, I advise if you want half way decent service, don't go there. So unprofessional. Waste of time.

I googled best hair salon in mobile and angela popped up. I told her that I had overprocessed blond hair that needed a lot of work and attention. She said that she had a lot of experience and that she was very "precise" and great at what she does. Unfortunately, she turned blond bad hair to nightmare brunette. I have been wearing a hat for 6 weeks now, every time I look in the mirror I want to cry. Angela made two horrible mistakes: She all over colored overprocessed hair with harsh Redken product (but put a "FREE" gloss on it, I found out two weeks after this wore off what a disaster I had on my head). Second, she used some thinning shears which went against the folicles so it made my hair frizz really bad. I went to a salon in Destin called Avantegarde recently who uses Aveda, the senior colorist made me sign a waiver that she would not be responsible for liability because my hair was so fried. She promised me if I would come back for 4 or 5 times she would greatly improve my hair. She had to cut off 2 inches but up to 5 is damaged. The colorist said that it looked like Edward Scissorhands attacked the back of my head. Every person that walked out of the salon had healthy hair. DRIVE TWO HOURS IF YOU HAVE TO! I actually looked decent when I left and my hair is a tiny but manageable after just one visit. Please be careful who your trust!!!!!
