If you have a recall on your car, DO NOT take it here! We took our vehicle in and miraculously, there is a completely new problem that was 100% NEVER there before. Our mechanic said there was no problem before taking the vehicle in for us. & suddenly we owe hundreds of dollars! When trying to address the problem, Don will just interrupt, talk over, and hang up on you! Sounds like he has too many issues to be working where he does. As a receptionist myself, we are trained to never hang up on the customer. Not only are they scammers, they lack any professional skill here at McLoughlin Chevrolet. -- IF the problem gets resolved & they fix the damage they caused to the vehicle, I will gladly change this review. (seems Lloyd is taking care of the problem, will update when we get the car back)
