Tips

What to Drink:
The wine list is quite reasonable, with 40 mostly West Coast labels ranging from $30 to $90. About a dozen are available by the glass.

Look Good:
This is one of the top places for combining gourmet dining and kids. The spacious back patio has grass for running around--and the trains are way cool.

Kitchen Remodeling:
The quality of work was superior; much better than any other contractor because you have a shafran construction. The materials used were of high quality. The workmen were polite, knowledgeable and always explained in detail when you have any questions. Every aspect of this project was a pleasure and the finished results are fantastic. There's always been a restaurant -- of some sort -- inside the Union Station passenger concourse, but Traxx is the first to do justice to its grand, historic setting. Showcasing a stylish mix of retro-evocative Art Deco character with sleek contemporary touches, the interior blends seamlessly with the station's architecture. Elegant enough for a romantic dinner, yet welcoming to the casual...
