Not remotely true. Unfortunately, the founding owner has sold to his son in Spokane. If you want an owner to hang up on you, make you feel like you are the problem , not his new boat, and after a year not have problems fixed that were notice at delivery, then purchase from them. Otherwise, run away very fast and purchase somewhere else. Not worth the year of grief.
