I am not at home when the Trugreen specialist is here to so treatments but overall we are satisfied with the appearance of our lawn and the suggestions provided by the specialist.

Paul, my lawn specialist is very professional and very courteous. He knows his job so well that he even recommends to hold off on spraying on windy days so his customers don't lose the benefit of the TruGreen experience. You see, Paul is old fashioned when it comes to customer service. He pays attention to his customers...he talks to them to find out if there are any problem spots, or special concerns. If he sees an area of the lawn that could be enhanced by a blend of applications, he is the first to open it up for discussion. I guess you could call Paul, my Barista of Blue Grass!
