We value our TruGreen professional gentleman who comes to care for our lawn and shrubs throughout the year. The gentleman is always willing to take the time to discuss any specific lawn or shrub concerns or provide valuable information. He seems to really care about the health and our lawn/shrub results. As far as TruGreen administratively goes........We feel there should be more service excellence with the customer. Our past experience regarding our simple requested information: Prior/Past: The computer systems did not seem to communicate well, when representative called us, or when we called. Very frustrating and valuable time wasted. Currently, we have asked that our appointments require us to be home. The appointment is made often by a computer.......We would prefer to speak with a person. Most the time we are available for service in our area. Then the professional gentleman calls to remind us the same day and approximate time before arrival. We appreciate that call....as it is an exceptional service excellent consideration. We have dogs.......we want time to clean the yard. The dogs must be inside the house. The gates securely closed when the applications have been applied.
