as you may have been sold a "New Car" That was previously owned. They are selling it as new car even after it has been registered it everything and the bill of sale was never signed back over to them. ****** It’s amazing what this dealer will do to its customers just to make bonus. Standard practice 1. You will have to go in to resign as the” bank” will not accept the terms. 2. You will have to jump through hoops to get anything done 3. Just because you sign the contract and register the car they can still undo the deal (because they gave to much of rebate) 4. If they offer to help by getting your documents to the lender for you don’t let them have the originals you will never get them back nor will they get to the lender leaving wondering why they even bothered. 5. These are the must untrusting worthy people and they wonder whey car dealers have such a sleazy reputation. 6. Marcus the supposed manger and Clint the finance guys have given united Nissan a horrible reputation. I read on here every one that is just so happy but do not go into that the finance department is lacking. I was not even going to buy a new care but our car dealer says we can finance you in a new car. We were so happy we even took the car home that night then we had to go through the finance department. We had to go in on two different occasions to resign (of course to raise the payments) then we get called down for a third time to be told "oh i don't know why you here" The first contract they had to charge us more money for our payment after saying everything was fine. Then second time we had to decide to take extras off to make the payment what we could afford. Then the bank called and wanted documents i could not provide so deal was "so helpful" they send the sales man down to pick them up so we think everything is "happy happy" Then after almost month in half I am told that the contracts that where signed are not worth the paper they are written on. We had few hours to have the care to them or they are going to repo it???????? Mind you this is after we have insured it for a month and half and registered it in our name. They did not even follow their own policy and proceedures. I”ve yet to get any notice of why they demanded the car back. Nothing in writing from this company…. I make sure to tell everyone to use every Nissan dealer in town but this one.!!!!!
