The technician came to my home to give me a quote on a kitchen/bathroom remodel. He was very conscientious in working me into his schedule, which was very busy. I did not end up using his services because I wanted to get started on the project before he was available. However, I felt that he was very knowledgeable and generous with his time and expertise in talking with me about the project. I fully agree with the other 5 star reviews here and I would not hesitate to use United Plumbing Heating Air & Electric in the future.

Really nice folks -- from the first call, to installation, through to the resolution of some billing problems (not their fault) they were tops. We knew we had to replace the heater, just from the property inspection, and United Plumbing Heating Air & Electric was the recommendation. They did a nice job sizing the new heater (the previous one was bigger - by BTU output - than we needed by about 10%) rather than just relying on what was there previously. I had thought about zoning the house, but the guy recommended not doing it because of our house layout and the layout of the heating ducts. They completed the installation in one day, and it passed city inspection in about 2 minutes.

We had a septic backup on a Sunday. A lot of places are closed. I called United Plumbing Heating Air & Electric. Phone rep was friendly and professional. Plumber arrived within an hour and had the problem fixed within an hour. He was also friendly and professional. He was considerate to "leave no trace" (no mess, no dings on steps from equipment). His only slip-up was when snaking drain, he didn't have towels DIRECTLY under the spout, so some water contacted the baseboard, but he quickly moved some there when I pointed it out. The price was affordable. No regrets.
