This place is HORRIBLE...:
I took my daughters 2001 Ford Explorer to him (on the recommendation of my ex and her hubby). He quoted me $3,700 to do major body work and on 12/19/08 took my check for $2,000 as a deposit (and he deposited it the same day) for work to be completed by end of January 2009. He never completed the work, never returned a phone call, never answered an email, and didn't appear in court when I finally filed small claims court in March of 2009. I got a judgement in May of 2009 but to date, have been unable to collect ONE CENT back. He has other judgements against him (public records Maricopa courts). They've moved to 2928 E. Washington but I'd HIGHLY recommend you and your car stay away from this place!
Scam artists - Avoid or be sorry.:
I would put negative stars if possible. The owner has an overinflated view of his repair skills unmatched be few mechanics I have dealt with in a long history of cars. He is dishonest, replacing a front differential with one from a junkyard while claiming he had done a complete rebuild. This was after originally installing the wrong pinion ratio in the differential in the first place. This also caused a problem in a transfer case. None of these were the reason that the vehicle went into his shop in the first place. He did not attempt to fix the real problem. I don't have enough room to detail the dishonesty. You have been warned.
