Vacate Pest Elimination

They came in looked for bed bugs and did not find any signs of them, Then they said I recommend that we spray for "Bedbugs" And to even top that one, they came back 3 months later and sprayed, but they did not have a clue as to what they were spraying for! why? because they did not attempt to locate and idenify so they would know what to spray and kill.27 years experience? I don't think so!
