The Vallejo family opened Vallejo's Deli in 1983 serving the midtown area with the finest Authentic Mexican food. In spring of 1992, the Vallejo family opened Vallejo's Restaurant, expanding their Mexican cuisine to the downtown area's business community and local residents, offering the same attention to detailed preparation of the finest Authentic Mexican Food in Northern California.
