I needed to replace a solenoid to drop plow. It takes two minutes to replace. Went to van dine to get a new one. I waited in line for over 1 hour to get part. Went home to put it on the truck. It did not work. Went back to van dine to get a replacement. Waited again for 45 minutes. Told lady at counter it was bad and I need another one. . Waited for another 15 minutes and then asked if i can get the piece. She said we have to see why it is bad and she started to give an attitude. All she had to do was give me a new one and it would have been done. She cursed at me and was very rude. Then a man came out ( I believe it was the owner) threw a new solenoid at me at told me never to come @#$%#$# back. Put new solenoid on and it works perfect. They wasted 3hours of my day because they are stupid and inefficient. Spoke to other people in the shop at that time and they all said that they are very very slow and rude. If I was You I would stay away. I found another shop in hawthorne N.J. that is a lot friendlier and quicker with service
