I have been taking my car here for several years now. Never once have they tried to sell me anything I didn't need. They are always very friendly and go out of their way to provide great service every time I come in.This is a small shop that is family owned and operated. Unfortunately this shop gets mistaken for the corporate Firestone that is in the area. Along with this mistaken Identity comes a bad rep. Please do not believe the stories you read or hear about over charging and trying to sell you all these extra parts and services that you don't need. These guys are genuinely nice guys who know people don't have a ton of money to put into a car. They are just happy to have my business as they let me know this every time I stop in. I would never even think about taking my car anywhere else!!

They are full service and help me with both my cars. I have taken my car to them for brakes recently and am still having trouble with the brakes after the fact. They will be taking my car back to try and fix the brakes. We will see what happens.
