After shopping at Vitamin Warehouse (Vita Glo) for over 6 years, I am sad to say, you have lost this previously loyal customer. I am originally from Syracuse and shopped in the store (that should probably be condemned by the FDA) . After I moved to Denver, I continued shopping on-line. When I didn't receive the organic BWC facial moisturizer that I ordered the first time, I ignored it. When it happened this second time, I called and was treated very rudely. The gentleman (I use this term VERY loosely) said he would check to see what they sent and call me back. When seven hours passed and I called again, I was hung up on by the owner after he said it was rude for me to remind him of his previous commitment to call me back earlier. I was then called back by a female who also hung up on me after telling me the package was changed by the manufacturer and couldn't explain why none of the ingredients were listed as organic. I will take my business elsewhere. I sure do not miss the New York City attitudes!! YUCK!!

Well you can tell from the reviews you either love the place or hate it. I personally enjoy the surprise when I walk in, you just never know. The Warehouse has whatever you need I'm not a price hunter but I think the prices are fair. The products I buy are a very good quality. Check it out?
