Walker Air Conditioning Salesman Lie!!! This companies sales staff will tell you one thing in order to sell you a new home air conditioning and heating system. The sales staff will then deliver another cheaper product to you. I should know I have dealt with this company in the past. My home air conditioning and heating system was suppose to be an upgraded version. Well it was not an upgraded version. The sales staff also lied to me about the financing options to my home air conditioning and heating system. I can tell you this about Walker AC. The office manager, who is Kathy Walden, is very impolite, obscene, and rude. I called this company's office because my home heating system was not operating. Kathy spoke to me like she just woke up, was stressed out, and as if she was scolding one of her children. Let me tell you Kathy, you do not talk to me like that!! Just because I have a Latin accent, it does not mean that you are better then myself! I can tell you I was educated in one of the best universities in Mexico, National Autonomous University of Mexico. I also hold a masters degree from UNT. I am therefore certain that I am more educated than you!. She needs to be schooled again about how to speak with customers. As a result, I called another heating company to work on my home heating system. I do not suggest that anyone do business with Kathy Walden's company, Walker Air Conditioning and Heating. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY. Rick Walker speaks out of both sides of his month by lying. My mother and father hired this company to install an air conditioning system three years ago. The system has never correctly worked. The Trane equipment has never correctly installed or worked on. I ended up calling out Fry Meyer to get the Trane air conditioner fixed. THE INSTALLATION AND SERVICE THAT WALKER AIR CONDITIONING AND HEATING COMPLETED WAS VERY POOR. MY PARENTS WERE JUST TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF. I WILL NOT SETTLE FOR THIS TREATMENT OF MY PARENTS. DO NOT CALL OR HIRE THIS COMPANY TO INSTALL OR WORK ON YOUR AIR CONDITIONING AND HEATING EQUIPMENT. James Rosino.
