Description

Wompatuck State Park is located off Union Street. The park offers 262 wooded campsites, 12 miles of paved bicycle trails, and miles of wooded paths and hiking trails. Electrical and water hookups are available for trailer campers and fishing is allowed in the Cohasset Reservoir. The park is named for an Indian chief that local colonists knew as Chief Josiah Wompatuck.
