I have purchased $17,000 worth viking appliances 4 months ago. Viking has a set price on thier appliances, therefore I was choosing WDC on their promise of great service. Not only did they have to replace my refrig. but also the range top due to poor installation and defect respectively. Historically, There has always been a issue not returning phone calls. "Rebuen-GM-oxnard" express that my problems where the product "VIKING" not themselves(WDC). Correction, I am very happy with the product. I am also still waiting for warrenty infomation which was promised months ago. Through months of disappointment I call region GM for WDC and he responded with alot of promises. The regional GM also promise to have someone call me the next day. Still no response 4 weeks later. The service has been extremely poor. I would be very apprehensive to use WDC if your relying on service.
